So many books, so little time...
I have always loved books, so this might seem less of a challenge, as reading is something I do anyway. I belong to a fantastic book group and usually manage to read the books in time for our discussion. But life has a habit of getting in the way; sometimes weeks slip by and I am too exhausted at the end of the day to open a book.
I suppose you could say that it doesn’t matter whether I read or not. But a good book nourishes the soul, makes you think and takes you outside of yourself. And I know I feel regret when I think of all the fabulous books I have yet to explore if I am not currently immersed in one.
