 You may already have ideas for your 50 Challenges, but if you're looking for inspiration, we’ve got some great suggestions to get you started.

GET IDEAS FOR CHALLENGES

Everyone's challenges will be different.  They need to fire your imagination and push your own boundaries.  There's no doing something because you feel you ought to; 50 Challenges is about defining your next chapter.  It may be one-off experiences, small activities, long-term challenges - or a combination of these.  But whatever you want to do, we’ve got some great ideas to get you started.

Our aim is to develop the website so that all Challengers can post their own Challenge Diaries, sharing their progress and achievements within the community and with friends and family.  We also want to provide chat forums so you can pick the brains of other Challengers to help you find best the best solutions to hurdles.  We have big ambitions – we’ll keep you updated with our progress.
